The service fees of Visa Bees do NOT include additional costs associated with the migration process, such as:

As part of our service, Visa Bees provides an estimate of these additional fees and clarifies when they will be due during the process.

Refund Conditions

  1. No Refund for Embassy Rejections
    Refunds are not provided in cases where the visa is rejected by the Embassy. Decisions regarding visa approval are solely at the discretion of the Embassy’s case officer.
  2. Genuine Complaints
    Clients with valid concerns regarding services provided by Visa Bees can register a complaint with us. These complaints are handled by a dedicated team focused on resolving issues efficiently and ensuring client satisfaction.
  3. Non-Genuine Complaints
    Complaints arising due to client negligence, misunderstanding, or failure to comply with the process (e.g., failure to submit required documents or absence during the visa interview) will not be considered valid. Visa Bees is not responsible for visa rejections due to such reasons, and refund requests in these cases will not be entertained.
  4. In case of a refund approved
    the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 90 days.
